Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

To request a return, please contact us at hello@skinmiashop.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photos of the item and packaging when contacting us.
If approved, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method as soon as possible after inspection. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
