Order Processing

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Orders are typically shipped as quickly as possible, but processing times may vary during periods of high demand, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Within the United States

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carrier services such as USPS and other available shipping providers.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

SkinMia is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If you need to correct your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@skinmiashop.com. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, SkinMia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@skinmiashop.com and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified before they begin processing.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

International Shipping

At this time, SkinMia ships only within the United States.
